Roll out of Birches Estate and turn left and left again and you're on your way on the 7.5k climb up Tawonga Gap. Stop and enjoy the views or continue the downhill down to German Town and then turn left and for a easy ride to Harrietville. Enjoy a coffee in Harrietville before starting the 30k climb of the day up Mount Hotham. Once you arrive enjoy the views before an exciting downhill. Once you're back at Harrietville it's a slight down hill to Germantown where you turn right and back over Tawonga Gap and back down to Birches Estate.
