Roll out of Birches Estate, turn left and left again and you're on your way up the Tawonga 7.5k climb. Stop and enjoy the views or continue the downhill to German Town and then turn right for a flat ride in to Bright. Enjoy one of the many cafes for a coffee or a smoothie before climbing back up the other side of Tawonga Gap back to Birches Estate.
